- We are an adult service seeing people 18 years old and upwards. We cover all of the Isle of Man and support people with all severities of the condition (mild, moderate and severe) where other medical causes have been ruled out. We accept referrals from GP’s, consultants and other healthcare professionals.
- We are a multidisciplinary team which includes a Team Lead, GP with special interest, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Therapy Technical Instructor and an admin officer.
- We offer a holistic assessment from one of the specialist team and a range of therapy options addressing psychological and physical health which is tailored to meet your individual needs to support you in effectively managing your condition. These can be offered in an individual or group setting.
- We are able to offer face to face outpatient appointments, virtual and telephone appointments and home visits.
