Events, challenges and other fundraising ideas can be excellent opportunities for raising awareness. Our fundraiser (contact details below) would be happy to help.

HEALTH FIRST

Sometimes it’s the unusual physical challenges that prove attractive to potential sponsors. But, if you have M.E. or are organising a group challenge involving people with M.E, please click on this box first to read a gentle health warning from our Chairman.

EVENTS

Holding an event is a great way to have a lot of fun, and bring awareness of ME/CFS to a wider community. It can be something as simple as a cake sale, a dress-down day at school or an online party with friends. Our fundraiser would be happy to discuss things with you. Contact details below.
