This is a Lothian-wide service for patients who have been given, and accepted, a diagnosis of ME/CFS. It is staffed by Specialist Physiotherapists and Applied Psychologists. The programme is a rehabilitative, time-limited, specialised treatment service with its basis in graded activity and cognitive behavioural principles.
