A support group for individuals with ME/CFS or Long Covid to connect, share experiences, and explore strategies to manage symptoms and combat isolation. We understand the challenges of fluctuating energy and debilitating fatigue, and we offer genuine support without apology for our limitations.
The group covers North West London and people living in other parts of London are also very welcome. Free tea and coffee are available.
