We are a self-help group for anyone affected by M.E./C.F.S. We offer support, information and help to sufferers, carers, family and friends. We aim to build understanding, friendship and assist in lifting the isolation that often accompanies this condition.

We have just started holding face-to-face meetings again, the plan being to continue with these on the first Monday afternoon of every month unless it is a bank holiday in which case we switch to the second Monday. Currently the location is Beverley Library, starting at 2.30 p.m.
