We offer advice, support and social contact to anyone in the Scottish Borders who has M.E. (myalgic encephalomyelitis), chronic fatigue syndrome or fibromyalgia, and also to their carers and relatives. We know that friends matter, and we are here to share, to listen, to exchange information, and to be your voice.
Informal meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month in local garden centres where you can meet people who know what it is like to have M.E., and where you can be sure to get a warm welcome. All meetings start at 12.30pm.
We also offer confidential and expert advice on benefits (including appeal representation) and on Small Claims (including representation in Sheriff Courts). There is no charge for these services.
