We are an informal group providing information, support and awareness for those with: ME, Fibromalygia, and Long Covid. We share ideas, information and provide a space to talk to others who are experiencing the same symptoms. If your condition causes you to feel isolated then join our group come and chat over tea/coffee and biscuits. You are invited to bring any family, friends or carers with you.

We usually meet on the first Monday of every month (barring bank holidays, when we meet the following week) between 1.30pm and 3.30pm. There is no obligation to attend every meeting, or to stay for the full two hours.
