“Hello, my name is Julie, I live in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire. I am 56, and have had CFS for nearly a year and am feeling rather isolated.
I discovered that Scunthorpe is around 25 miles way from existing support groups, which is too far for me to travel.
I would therefore like to start a support group for people in North Lincs.
My initial thoughts are that it would be very informal, we would meet in a public place, probably a cafe, say once a month. We would be able to share ideas and support each other, make friends and hopefully have some laughs along the way!
