The Richmond and Kingston ME Group supports individuals with ME, their families and friends, principally in Richmond, Kingston and surrounding boroughs including Surrey county.
We have an extensive social programme with eight meetings each month: one face-to-face coffee meeting, three online (Zoom) chat meetings (late morning, afternoon and evening), and four quieter afternoon Zoom meetings (two mindfulness, one crafting and one silent reading). In February 2023 we celebrate our 250th online meeting; these meetings are suitable for all, including some of our more severely affected housebound and bedbound members.

We have a quarterly newsletter and a more informational quarterly email, a free library of relevant books, a closed e-mail chat group, 2 WhatsApp groups (one for younger people), a Facebook page and a Twitter account. We have a current membership of almost 200 members.”
