We are sorry to learn of the death of Professor John Davies, who was medical director of the private fibromyalgia and ME/CFS clinics in London, Bristol and Newport and had been a consultant physician at Guy's Hospital, London, where he ran fibromyalgia clinics on alternate Mondays.
The funeral will be held in Monmouthshire next Monday (July 1) – at 12 noon in St Cadoc's Church in the village of Raglan. This will be followed by private family burial at St Peter's Church, Bryngwyn.
Professor Davies's son, Lloyd, has asked that there be family flowers only at the church and that donations in lieu of flowers should be sent to the FMAUK charity.
