Leeds ME Network is a support group run by volunteers who are living with ME/CFS.  There is no charge for membership or to attend meetings. We hold regular informal meetings both in person and online through Zoom.  These are open to all people with ME/CFS in our area.  Carers, relatives, friends etc are also welcome to come along.  You can find the dates and details on our website.  Our meetings are informal and we chat about whatever we like, though naturally the challenges of living with ME get mentioned quite a lot! Please note, we are not medically trained and are unable to give advice about treatments, but may share our own experience of living with ME and strategies we have found that help us to manage it.
