The All Party Parliamentary Group on ME has arranged a private meeting with Care Services Minister Paul Burstow in his office on Tuesday 10 May at 3pm to discuss concerns about the provision of NHS services for people with ME.
The acting chair, Annette Brooke MP, has invited MPs and Peers on the group to join her for this meeting. The secretariat will be in attendance.
The date of the next APPG meeting has not yet been decided.
What ‘concerns’ in particular are they meeting to discuss? Personally, and as a minimum, I would like the NICE Patients Guide implemented across the board for starters…
How many sufferers are even aware of its’ existence I wonder, let alone their rights to services on the NHS?
