Meeting, talking, and being around other people who have ME/CFS can be of enormous help and a good way of combating the isolation that this disability all too often brings with it. Whether you are more comfortable meeting up with people online, or can manage to attend local support groups in person, we hope you will find something in this section that will help.

Information
The ME Association provides information on ME/CFS & Fibromyalgia (FM) support organisations, as some people with ME/CFS also have FM, or an FM component.
The information that groups provide on activity management for FM may differ from that which is recommended for ME/CFS. Please see our booklet on Pacing:
