Please help us spread a little joy and hamper-ness this Christmas!
You can become a Secret Santa in our ‘From ME to You' campaign when we give out hampers to the unsung heroes who care for our members.
We've already found a donor who's paid for us to give out 100 hampers this year – and they will soon be winging their way to members' homes.
The best way to spread happiness and festive cheer is by donating, so we can send double the number of hampers we send out!
The last time we did this – two years ago – over 250 people nominated their favourite carers for one of our hampers.
Over 250,00 people in the UK have ME, 25% of them severely. They are supported by a vast community of unpaid, unsung carers.
The community that supports those with ME is undervalued and under-supported, working for free most of the time to help their friends or family member.
This small gesture of goodwill is funded by donations and will support a member directly by saying ‘thank you' to their carer via the ME Association.
