This is a new group which will meet for the first time on Monday, 9 September 2019, at the Whitstable Umbrella Centre, Oxford Street, Whitstable CT5 1DD, and then every second Monday after that, 10am-12noon. All welcome. Sian will arrange guest speakers for most meetings – including physios, dieticians, acupuncturist, the Red Zebra community solutions group, etc.
