Support Group based in Skipton, North Yorkshire but also covers surrounding areas
Run by volunteers who live with ME, Fibromyalgia and/or Long Covid, ME Together is a friendly local support group for adults. You do not need a formal diagnosis to attend.
We meet in person every month to share experiences and strategies for managing these conditions. Sometimes we also have a guest speaker.
Please note, we are not medical professionals and are unable to give advice, but we may share our own experiences and what has helped us.
Refreshments are provided and there is disabled access. A voluntary contribution is much appreciated but not mandatory.
Meetings are arranged in advance.
