Our new service is here to support people living with ME, CFS (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome), and/or Long COVID across Suffolk and North East Essex.

We're committed to a person-centred approach, working in line with the latest guidance from the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) – ME and CFS: NG206 and Long Covid: NG118. That means listening to you, working with you, and building a care plan that fits your unique situation.

We understand that no two experiences are the same. That’s why we focus on tailored, personalised care designed around your needs, symptoms, and goals.

Together, we will:

  • Develop a personalised support plan
  • Help you manage your condition more effectively
  • Enhance your day-to-day quality of life
  • Connect you with the right services, professionals, and community resources

Our team will take time to understand what matters most to you. Whether it’s symptom management, returning to activities, or finding the right support, we’re here to guide you—at your pace and on your terms.

If you’d like to know more, get in touch with our team or speak to your healthcare professional about a referral.
