Description
The Post Covid Service is a non-diagnostic, community based service for adults (over 18 years) presenting with symptoms of Long Covid. Long Covid clinics are held in various locations throughout the county and patients are offered an appointment at their nearest clinic.
The Nottinghamshire County Post COVID Service provides support for adults experiencing Long COVID symptoms for over 12 weeks. Individuals can self-refer by calling 07771388185, emailing postcovid@nottshc.nhs.uk, or through their GP.
Monday – Friday 8 am-5 pm
We offer:
A holistic clinical assessment
Support with symptom management through an online group and 1:1 sessions (in a clinic setting)
Psychological well-being
Vocational rehabilitation
Our aim is to improve the function, well-being, quality of life and employment for people experiencing Post Covid symptoms.
We will provide or request onward referrals when required.
Patients with a GP within Nottinghamshire County can access the service.
Our small, dynamic team consists of Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Vocational Rehab Occupational Therapists, a Respiratory Physiotherapist, a Clinical Psychologist (1 day a week) and access to medics in a weekly multidisciplinary team (MDT)
