Our Long COVID Rehabilitation Service offer Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Speech and Language Therapy support. Rehabilitation consists of both face to face appointments and an on-line programme of symptom management support with fatigue, breathlessness, brain fog, exercise, anxiety, sleep, relaxation, food and nutrition, swallowing and communication . We also offer support if you are struggling to return to or stay in work due to your symptoms
