The Long Covid Assessment Clinic is for Derbyshire residents suffering from persistent and fluctuating symptoms or complications for weeks/months after a presumed or confirmed initial COVID-19 infection. We are a small team that accepts referrals from GPs’. We have access to wider Medical & Therapy teams within the county including Hospital Consultants, Health Psychology, Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Dietician and other relevant services.
