Create a Memory Wall or Tribute Page
What's the difference between a dedication on our memory wall and a tribute page?
Our Memory Wall is for personal dedications and messages which a simple way to share a few words and be part of a shared space of remembrance and support.
A Tribute Page offers a dedicated place where friends and family can gather to share memories of someone special. You can also link it to a fundraising page if you'd like.
Both are meaningful ways to honour someone. It simply depends on what feels right for you. Creating a dedication or tribute page is completely free.
Create a Dedication on our Memory Wall
Our Memory Wall is a safe space where you can create a dedication to remember someone special or simply share a message of care and remembrance. Whatever feels right for you.
Each dedication includes a name, a short message, and if you wish, a photo. Together, these create a collective space of compassion, connection and understanding from our community.
You can use the Memory Wall to:
- share a few words in memory or in honour of someone special
- add a photo if you wish
- offer a message of love, support or thanks
There's no right or wrong way to do this. Your words can be as simple or as personal as you like.
Creating a dedication is free and there's no obligation to make a donation.
Create a Tribute Page
You can use a Tribute Page to:
- share memories, stories and messages with friends and family
- add photos, videos or music
- light candles or leave thoughts
- mark special events or occasions
- create a lasting space to remember someone special
- optionally link a JustGiving fundraising page if you wish
There's no right or wrong way to do this. Your tribute can be as simple or as personal as you like.

If you wish, you can also Create a Funeral Notice, where you can share funeral details and add a photo, helping friends and family easily find the information they need.

Collection at a service
Another meaningful way to pay memory to the life of a loved one, can be through collecting donations at a funeral or memorial service.
We will support you every step of the way if this is something you wish to do. All you need to do is contact us at fundraising@meassociation.org.uk and we will send you special collection envelopes, making it easier for friends and family to make a donation.
Each envelope includes the option to donate by card or cheque. Funeral directors are often happy to collect the envelopes on your behalf and forward them to us.
We know that this can be a difficult situation, and we are here to support you on your journey, we want to make sure you are comfortable and assisted properly throughout the process.

We know arranging a funeral can be an overwhelming time, so please don’t hesitate to contact us if we can support you with any of the above. We are always here to help. Alternatively, there are some wonderful charities who can provide emotional support.
