Hertfordshire's first active ME support group, formed in 2016 by Maxine Ellis to provide support in her home city of St Albans, and has now grown to support members across Hertfordshire. It is available to anyone with ME/CFS/Post-Viral Syndrome/Fibromyalgia/Long Covid or similar conditions. With over 400 members, the group is friendly and active, with monthly in-person and online meetings, very supportive Facebook and WhatsApp groups, and events held throughout the year.

As well as regular meetings, we offer weekly Peer Support phone calls, weekly Zoom Yoga sessions, loan of mobility scooters and wheelchairs, support with applying for PIP, and send out quarterly newsletters.
