There are several ways to join:
- You can use the secure online shop and pay by debit or credit card.
- You can phone head office 01280 818963 (between 9.30am and 3.00pm, Monday-Friday), and pay with a debit or credit card.
- You can download and complete the Membership Application Form, which includes a standing order mandate:
- If you choose to pay by annual standing order we will send you a free copy of ‘ME/CFS/PVFS A Clinical and Research Guide‘ by Dr Charles Shepherd (retail value £10).
- Please note: Standing orders cannot be established online or by phone.

The ME Association telephone helpline – ME Connect – is available every day of the year. Monday to Friday 10am-6pm, Thursday late night until 9pm and Saturday to Sunday 10am-12noon and 7-9pm.
