Happy Christmas everyone! Our office is now closed for the holiday and will not reopen until Monday, 4 January.
But our ME Connect helpline will stay open throughout the holiday. Our volunteers will be available at the other end of the phone three times a day – if you need to talk or let off steam.
Just tap in our 0344 576 536 number and say ‘Hello'. The lines will be open every day between these times: 10am-12noon, 2-4pm and 7-9pm.
