Simply a signposting service to services in the community or that can be accessed via self referral - occupational therapy, mental health assessment, physio, social prescribers. Can't offer any testing or referrals to specialists. My personal experience involved a phone call telling me that they couldn't help me shortly after they first started up in 2021.
