We are a charity committed to supporting people with the condition ME/CFS and similar/connected conditions, their relatives and carers. This is a friendship group for meeting others either in person at meets or by Zoom or via Facebook. You have to be a member to join our Facebook group.

We have regular email updates from the general coordinator and many other ways to let all our members know of all dates of events in their locality.
We currently have meets in Southampton, Winchester, Andover, Fareham/Gosport, Old Ports, Havant and I.O.W. Hopefully soon also in the new Forest and anywhere else that we can enable.
We support each other and it is so good to talk to people who understand. Our members talk about everything and we have many helpful tips and ideas.
