Two years ago, we ran a campaign offering our members the opportunity to say ‘thank you’ to the people who care for them.
A relative or dear friend could be your ‘unsung hero’ – the person who makes a huge difference to your life.
This year we are delighted to be repeating our successful campaign and we’re asking you to nominate your hero for one of our super Christmas hampers.
There are three ways to make your nomination:

- Or phone our office on 01280 818 963
Whatever way you choose, this is what we will need you to tell us:
- Your full name
- Your nominee’s name, postal address, email and phone number
- Your relationship to your nominee
- The reasons why you are nominating them
Nominees will be selected randomly every week.
Please note that we will want to make the reasons for your nomination public but we will always ask you and your nominee for permission to do so first.
Please let us have your nomination as soon as possible and, in any event, no later than Monday 23rd December 2024.
Could you be a Secret Santa this year?
