An ‘Exploring Volunteering’ course will start in Edinburgh at the end of September – to help people with long-term conditions brace themselves for the outside world.
It will run until February next year with participants having access to four hours of private mentoring every month, and at a pace to suit themselves.
This could be a very useful opportunity for people with M.E. to rediscover their sense of self-worth.
The course is being run by the Work4ME Co-operative which is based in Glasgow. For details, email course leader Catherine Eadie at catherineeadie@work-4-me.co.uk
