We have been receiving queries from members who are living outside the UK and claiming incapacity benefit (ICB) in relation to whether they will also be involved in a medical reassessment process for eligibility for employment and support allowance (ESA).
Dr Shepherd has raised this with his contacts at the DWP and has now received the following information.
