‘ME’ and my carer

This leaflet will help you get across to others the complexities of M.E. and how it affects your daily life. It is useful when communicating your needs with those who care for you.

The leaflet describes some of the basic characteristics of the illness and lists symptoms you likely have and the degree to which you have them.

It also spells out those tasks which are difficult or impossible for you to carry out unaided.

We also include a short explanation about M.E. for your carer, a list of tasks and a list of symptoms with which you need help. Tick those tasks and symptoms that apply to

The leaflet is designed for you or your carer to print and photocopy, so that you have several copies available to complete as and when required.
