This leaflet has been written for people recently diagnosed with ME/CFS. It aims to provide answers to some of the questions you might have about the condition, tips for management, and where you can find medical help.

This leaflet has been written especially to help those of you who have just been diagnosed with ME/CFS. You may have a lot of questions and are finding it hard to understand what the illness is and how to get help. We try to answer as many of your questions as we can.
