Blue Badge Parking Permits & Wheelchair Applications

This template letter can be used to help support your application for a Blue Badge disabled parking permit or wheelchair if you have M.E.

Written in the style of a ‘To Whom It May Concern’ letter this free leaflet can be attached directly to your own letter, as supporting evidence for a Blue Badge, disabled parking application.

The letter provides background information on the classification, severity and prognosis/permanency of M.E. and will be helpful when applying for Blue Badges from your local authority or for a wheelchair.

You might also be interested in the Blue Badge Scheme – An Introduction, which explains all about these disabled parking permits and answers some frequently asked questions.
