General Information

The ME Association’s telephone helpline – ME Connect – has assembled a wealth of experience over the years by helping people address and overcome valid concerns about life with M.E.

This is reflected in some of the leaflets below and in other categories of the website shop. Common topics of concern are addressed by Dr Charles Shepherd (Hon. Medical Adviser to the ME Association) and other topic experts and we hope you will find their explanations useful.

Please note these are downloads. You can read them on-screen and save to your computer, phone or other device and can attach them to any email you might need to send. But you will need access to a printer if you wish them printed.
