If you have an illness like M.E. that makes it difficult for you to participate in the usual social activities, a group of Sussex men and women invite you to join them. They have all experienced M.E. for a number of years and fully understand the frustrations of needing to take life at a more careful pace.
They know how easy it is to lose your self-confidence when it is so tiring to keep going and so have set up a social group which guarantees a warm and relaxed welcome for all. Partners or carers are also welcome.
We meet on the every Tuesday on Zoom, and then in person once or twice a month in a variety of local venues. Please check our website for details.
Superb patient-led meet up for people with M.E./CFS set in Merseyside with the aim of supporting adults with physical chronic conditions. A great way to meet people who are going through a similar journey to you. Our meetings take place on the 1st Tuesday of every month at 10:30am, except for July. Please kindly note that there will be no meeting in July. This is a patient-led organisation. We also offer free yoga, a book club and much more. Events are free but welcome donations as we are entirely self-funded. Spaces are limited so please do send an email to incurablywonderful@gmail.com writing your name and the name of the event. IW is dedicated to supporting adults with physical chronic conditions. We are always grateful for small donations to continue serving people in Merseyside.

Leeds ME Network is a support group run by volunteers who are living with ME/CFS. There is no charge for membership or to attend meetings.
We hold regular informal meetings both in person and online through Zoom. These are open to all people with ME/CFS in our area. Carers, relatives, friends etc are also welcome to come along. You can find the dates and details on our website. Our meetings are informal and we chat about whatever we like, though naturally the challenges of living with ME get mentioned quite a lot! Please note, we are not medically trained and are unable to give advice about treatments, but may share our own experience of living with ME and strategies we have found that help us to manage it.
To join our mailing list, please send us an email. You will receive monthly emails with details of in-person meetings and other items of interest regarding ME.
If you would like to attend a Zoom meeting, please contact Caroline at mezoomgroup@gmail.com and she will give you all the info you need.
We look forward to seeing you.
