- Hilary has managed the charity’s telephone helpline for 20 years and looks after over 20 volunteers from across the UK.
- She has ME/CFS and is able to work part-time from home. She holds an MSc in Research and a Counselling Diploma.
- Hilary loves spending time with her husband Don, her son and adorable grandson, enjoys being outside in the Peak District, and her hobby of ancestry research.
