Information required – eye problems

One of our members is having problems with blurred vision over medium to long distances.

His eyes have been properly examined to rule out any possible eye disease.

His ME consultant (NHS) has suggested that the problem might be helped by wearing glasses containing lenses of different primary colours (eg red/blue) to improve his visual function.

Has anyone with similar eye problems used this approach?

If so, was it successful and is there an optician that could be recommended?
